What’s Included in the Rate
Rates include exclusive use of the entire villa, daily housekeeping, chef services (meals prepared with your ingredients), Wi-Fi, and full access to all amenities.
Security Deposit
Guests must pay a security deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay at the current seasonal rate, which ensures compliance with the agreement's terms. This deposit does not count toward rent and will be refunded within 7 days after the rental term ends, minus deductions for damages, excessive cleaning, lost property, or other violations.
